Souvenir Programme
Please contact us at info@calgarysalsacongress.com if you are interested in advertising in our full-colour Souvenir Programme. Please refer to the following specifications when building your ads:
Mechanical Specifications
- Full-page ad size (trim size): 4.25"w x 5.5"h
- If your ad extends to the edge of the page, include additional 1/8" bleed on all sides (file size should be 4.5"w x 5.75"h) and maintain a 1/4" safety from the page edge (1/2" from file edge) for all critical information
- If your ad does not extend to the edge of page, file size should be 4" x 5.25" and maintain a 1/8" safety from file edge (resulting in a 1/4" safety from page edge)
- All ad pages are full colour
- File must be in CMYK colour space, files submitted in RGB will result in extreme colour shifts
- Ad must be print-ready; electronic files only
- Must be high resolution (300 dpi for images, 1200 dpi for text and line art)
- All fonts should be converted to paths (save fonts as outlines or curves)
- Text should not be saved in any bitmap imaging program like Photoshop. It will not be sharp when printed. Instead, lay text out in Illustrator or InDesign or similar program.
- All images contained in ad file should be placed in as TIFFs and be 300 dpi.
- High resolution PDF files should be submitted whenever possible. We are unable to accept the following formats: MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, MS Word, Corel.
